Pasión Eventos was founded by Marián Darder, one of the early pioneers of destination weddings in Mallorca, with a clear vision: to create celebrations that feel as meaningful as they are beautiful.
For over 17 years, Marián has designed and led high-end weddings for international couples on the island, helping shape Mallorca’s evolution into one of the world’s most sought-after wedding destinations.
As founder and Creative Director, she oversees the strategic vision and experience architecture of the studio, personally guiding a selection of celebrations each year. She also shares her expertise as a speaker and educator within the international wedding industry.
Her strength lies not only in exceptional organizational ability, but also in emotional intelligence. She understands each couple deeply, translates their values into an experience, and guides every decision with care, calm and intention.
At Pasión Eventos, every celebration is approached with thoughtfulness, discretion and a deep respect for what matters most to each couple. The studio is known for its ability to combine aesthetic sensitivity, strategic care and a genuinely personal way of leading the process.

To preserve this level of care and creative involvement, the studio intentionally accepts only a limited number of weddings each year.

Leadership & Direction
Pasión Eventos is led by siblings and business partners Marián and Miguel Ángel Darder, who together guide the creative and operational direction of the company.
Marián leads the creative vision and experience architecture of every celebration, shaping the emotional tone, aesthetic direction and guest journey that defines each wedding. Her ability to translate a couple’s story into a meaningful multi-day experience allows every celebration to feel deeply personal and intentional.
Miguel Ángel serves as Operations Director and Lead Wedding Planner, overseeing production, logistics and strategic execution with calm precision. His natural intuition, human warmth and ability to navigate challenges ensure that every celebration unfolds smoothly and effortlessly.
Together they bring a rare balance of creative vision and operational mastery.
Marián is known for transforming complexity into calm, guiding large and intricate celebrations with sensitivity, intuition and extraordinary attention to detail.
Miguel Ángel brings grounded leadership, deep empathy and a natural ease with clients, partners and teams, creating a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere around every project.
Working as a close-knit team, they personally oversee every celebration, combining calm leadership, trusted relationships across the island and uncompromising standards of quality

Ívani is a key member of the team, valued for her strong organizational ability, versatility, and commitment. She brings a structured and methodical approach to every project, identifying alternatives and creating efficient workflows. This ensures the planning process runs smoothly and seamlessly, while her eye for design helps translate ideas into balanced and cohesive spaces.
Marta is a highly responsible and committed member of the team, known for her exceptional organizational skills and creative sensibility. Her ability to translate ideas into visual concepts allows couples to clearly envision their celebration long before it takes place, while her attention to detail ensures every element is thoughtfully considered.
